Coaching at Churchdown/Crypt

Dear All

As we get towards some hot summer months (hopefully) We have a few things to tell you about our Saturday coaching sessions.

· No Sessions on either 10th May or 24th May for various reasons.

· Our last Saturday session before a well earned break will be 31 May

· Our first session for next season will be 6th September

· As of next season each session will cost £2.50 per child

· Blue logo printed polo shirts are still available at £9 each
(if you attend regularly please purchase one of these shirts)

The numbers attending have started to become a little inconsistent. If you are keen to play table tennis you should really try and come every week. If you can’t commit to this please try and come at least 3 out of every 4. Please remind any of your friends that have not been attending that the session still runs

We know that Shirley Bailey has asked a number of you and your parents to play league table tennis at crypt school next season. The Friday night sessions have now started at crypt . Start time 7pm Please contact Shirley on 01452 725884 shortly to confirm you are still interested.

As some of you are aware we have been trying to build a contact list so that we can always get hold of parents/guardians in emergencies. This hasn’t been the easiest task. If you could fill in the attached form and return to Mike Kiff it would really help.
