Darren Griffin of Optimists ‘A’ has recently made his debut in the Men’s Premier Division of the Veterans British League. He is playing for the ‘Kidlington Stars’ and has so far won 6 out of 10 matches, including a notable win over Keith Williams who won the recent national over 40’s and 50’s at Thornbury.
